among First Responders.

DECEMBER 1, 2020

On Giving Tuesday, we are partnering with Save A Warrior. Give today to support suicide prevention among First Responders.

First Responders are there for us on our worst day responding to keep us safe.  Imagine what they see on a daily basis...let that sink in...

On December 1, 2020, The NFRF is partnering with Save A Warrior to participate in #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving and unity. Please help support our mission by donating to fund programs dedicated to mental wellness for First Responders, and help those putting their lives on the line to keep our communities safe. Our goal is to raise at least $35,000!

Will you help us?

Each $3500 raised will go towards therapy programs that help First Responders suffering from PTSI. During a deadly pandemic season, we ask you to support our everyday heroes who are risking their lives to keep ours safe.

First responders are there for us on our worst days. For this reason, the National First Responders Fund was founded on the idea of becoming a trusted source of resources and assistance dedicated to every first responder with a touch-point to emergency incidents. From the dispatcher to every man or woman that is called to the scene, we vow to be there for them on their worst day.

After responding to a tragic event or natural disaster, wether large-scale or to a single individual, a first responder could be severely affected by that call. The instinct of the average person is to be grateful, to say, thank you after someone helps them. Our priority is to be the "thank you" and to provide a vehicle and direct access to help first responders when they are affected by what bear witness to.

While our mission is broad, we are developing programs to address specific needs related to first responders and their families, including post traumatic stress treatment, cancer prevention, toxic exposure, chemical dependency and critical incident support, outreach and activation.

Founded in 2012, Save A Warrior (SAWTM) is the original, Warrior-led solution committed to ending the staggering suicide rate plaguing our Veterans, active-duty military and first responders.

Having shown nearly 1,200 Warriors The Hero’s Journey home, SAW offers an alternative, holistic service that equips our heroes with a community of support and effective techniques to overcome the symptoms associated with post-traumatic stress and suicidal ideations.

The organization conceives, originates and produces Integrated Intensive Retreat (IIR) program experiences to transform the way our heroes live their lives. Novel. Disruptive. Essential.
